Bruno Lopez

President & Group Chief Executive Officer

Bruno Lopez

President & Group Chief Executive Officer

Bruno Lopez is President and Group Chief Executive Officer of STTGDC. He has led the company since its inception in 2014, setting the Group’s strategic direction and driving its growth and development. 
 

Under his leadership, STTGDC has grown from its Singapore roots into a global digital infrastructure platform comprising more than 110 data centres and 2.7GW of capacity across its portfolio in Asia and Europe. The company supports leading cloud service providers and enterprises, including through VIRTUS Data Centres in the UK, Germany and Italy. 
 

Bruno oversees the strategic and operational priorities of STTGDC across its global portfolio. His leadership has been instrumental in scaling the business internationally, establishing market leadership positions in key economies, and shaping STTGDC into a globally recognised digital infrastructure platform.
 

With more than 30 years of experience in telecommunications and data centres, Bruno is widely recognised for his leadership and contribution to the development of the digital infrastructure industry. He has received numerous industry accolades recognising his expertise, leadership and commitment to advancing the sector.

 

Prior to STTGDC, Bruno was Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Keppel Data Centres. He also established the Securus Data Property Fund, a pioneering data centre investment platform with assets across Asia-Pacific, Europe and the Middle East. The fund was subsequently merged with Keppel Data Centres' assets as part of the company's SGX-listed REIT.
 

Bruno holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours from the National University of Singapore and a Master’s degree from Rutgers University, USA.

Jonathan King

Jonathan King

Group Chief Strategy and Investment Officer

Jonathan King is Group Chief Strategy and Investment Officer of STTGDC. He leads the Group’s strategy, investments and portfolio development, identifying and advancing growth opportunities across new and existing markets. 


Since joining STTGDC, Jonathan has played a central role in establishing and expanding the Group’s data centre platform across 12 geographies in Asia and Europe. His work spans strategic investment, capital allocation and portfolio management, drivingdisciplined growth and long-term performance of the business.

 

Prior to joining STTGDC, Jonathan was instrumental in the formation and operation of Securus Data Property Fund (Securus) where he was co-Chief Executive Officer. Securus was an investment fund that developed a portfolio of high-quality data centres across Asia Pacific and Europe. Earlier in his career, he was an Associate Director at Macquarie Bank, specialising in real estate investment banking.

 

Jonathan has over 30 years of global investment experience across the data centre, finance, real estate and engineering sectors. Since 2011, he has led data centre transactions with a total value exceeding US$20 billion.

 

Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours from the University of Sydney, Australia and a Graduate Diploma of Finance and Investment from Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA). He is also a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
 

Nelson Lim

Nelson Lim

Group Chief Financial Officer

Nelson Lim is Group Chief Financial Officer of STTGDC. He leads the Group’s financial strategy and management, with oversight of financial planning, treasury, procurement and risk.


As STTGDC continues to scale, Nelson Lim plays a key role in strengthening the Group’s financial foundations, supporting disciplined capital allocation, robust governance and sustainable long-term growth. His leadership helps ensure that the business has the financial capacity and resilience to pursue growth opportunities and respond to evolving customer demand.


Prior to STTGDC, Nelson spent 17 years with Dell in various leadership roles across Singapore, the United States, regional and global operations. His last appointment was Finance Executive Director, Dell Global. During his tenure, he oversaw financial controllership and investment strategy, as well as organisation restructuring and transformation. Prior to Dell, Nelson held financial and business leadership positions at Hewlett Packard and KPMG.


Nelson holds a degree in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and is a certified Chartered Accountant.

Daniel Pointon

Daniel Pointon

Group Chief Technology Officer

Dan Pointon serves as Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of STTGDC, where he provides strategic leadership across the Group’s technical functions including design, construction, operations, R&D, safety and ESG. His work supports the delivery of resilient, efficient and sustainable digital infrastructure across STTGDC’s global platform.
 

Working closely with STTGDC’s businesses and partners across its markets, Dan provides the leadership and technical backing to ensure consistent standards, world class operational performance and disciplined infrastructure delivery at scale.
 

Dan leads STTGDC’s technology vision for AI-ready digital infrastructure, guiding the development of data centres capable of supporting increasingly complex, high-density workloads at GW scale. He also advances innovation in response to sector mega-trends including liquid cooling systems, grid-supportive power systems, next-generation energy storage and modular construction, ensuring the Group’s infrastructure continues to meet the evolving demands of the digital age.
 

Dan has more than 23 years of engineering experience spanning Europe, Asia and Australia. Prior to joining STTGDC, he spent 13 years with engineering consultancy Hurley Palmer Flatt (now HDR) where he was a Partner and Regional Director and led the firm’s delivery for the data centre sector. 
 

Dan holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours from the University of Adelaide, Australia, majoring in Electrical Engineering and Computer Systems.

Thomas Ee

Thomas Ee

Group Chief Operating Officer

Thomas Ee is Group Chief Operating Officer of STTGDC. He works across the Group to translate strategy into execution, align business priorities and strengthen the organisational capabilities needed to support disciplined growth and consistent execution across its markets. He also provides leadership oversight for STTGDC’s Northeast Asia markets and data centre assets. 

 

From May 2025 to February 2026, Thomas served concurrently as Interim Chief Executive Officer of VIRTUS Data Centres.

 

Thomas brings a wealth of experience. Before joining STTGDC, Thomas held board and senior management positions in telecommunications and data centre businesses managed by Macquarie Asset Management across Asia-Pacific. 

 

In Taiwan, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Taiwan Broadband Communications (which was listed in Singapore in 2013) and subsequently as Executive Chairman. During his tenure, he successfully transformed various lines of businesses and operations across different regions into an integrated enterprise. Earlier in his career, Thomas Ee spent a decade with StarHub from 1997, where his last position was Senior Vice President, Cable, Fixed and IP Services.

 

Thomas holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
 

Lionel Yeo

Lionel Yeo

Chief Executive Officer, Southeast Asia

Lionel Yeo is Chief Executive Officer, Southeast Asia at STTGDC. He is leads the Group’s business across Southeast Asia, with responsibility for its strategic direction, growth and performance. He also oversees commercial strategy and product development within the region.

 

Since assuming his current role, Lionel Yeo has led STTGDC’s continued expansion across Southeast Asia, working with customers, partners and local teams to support growing demand for cloud, AI and digital infrastructure. His experience spans investment, operations, asset management, product development and strategy across the data centre industry.

 

Before his current appointment, Lionel was Vice President, Corporate Development and Investments at STTGDC, where he led new-market investments, operational establishment, and Group strategy. Prior to that, he was General Manager for STT Singapore 5, where he led the operational transition of the data centre business following its acquisition through a joint venture.

 

Lionel has held various leadership roles across investment, operations, asset management, product and strategy in the data centre industry. Prior to joining STTGDC, he was Vice President, Investments at Keppel where he led and managed the development of data centre assets across Singapore and Australia.

 

Lionel holds an Executive MBA from UCLA-NUS and Bachelor of Accountancy with Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. 

Rebecca Ng

Rebecca Ng

Deputy Group Chief Financial Officer

Rebecca Ng is Deputy Group Chief Financial Officer of STTGDC. She oversees Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) and Procurement across the Group, together with broader finance matters. Her role supports disciplined financial management, effective capital allocation and the Group’s continued growth. 

 

Before assuming her current role, Rebecca was Group Corporate Finance Officer, where she played an instrumental role in driving the group’s growth through strategic investments in new markets, capital-raising initiatives and major capital-market transactions. These included the KKR-led consortium’s initial investment in STTGDC and the listings of GDS on Nasdaq and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

 

Rebecca has more than 20 years of experience across the data centre and real estate sectors. Earlier in her career, she held several roles at Keppel Data Centres, culminating in her appointment as Head of Portfolio Management for Keppel DC REIT Management. During her tenure, she was responsible for the acquisition and management of data centre assets in Asia and Europe. 

 

Her experience also includes helping to establish the Securus Data Property Fund (Securus), a private equity fund focused on data centre assets in Asia and Europe, as well as the successful initial public offering that combined the data centre portfolios of Keppel Data Centres and Securus to form Keppel DC REIT, the first data centre REIT listed in Asia.

 

Rebecca Ng holds a Bachelor of Business with Honours from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore with a specialisation in Banking and Finance, and is a CFA® charter holder.

Mingcheng Lim

Mingcheng Lim

Country Head – Singapore

Mingcheng is Country Head – Singapore at STTGDC. He is responsible for the P&L of the Singapore business, which includes asset management, commercial & operational matters. 

Prior to his current appointment, Mingcheng spent the past eight years covering a wide breadth of roles, including asset management, investments and data centre operation at STTGDC. Notably, he has played an instrumental role in driving the acquisition of Tata Communications’ data centre business in India and Singapore. Mingcheng has also co-led the operational transition of the Tata Communications’ Singapore data centre business post-acquisition. He also implemented a comprehensive global portfolio metrics reporting framework for the company. 

Mingcheng also serves as the First Vice Chairman of the SGTech Data Centre Chapter (DCC), which works with government, industry, and academia to drive a more efficient data centre industry within Singapore’s green digital infrastructure, supporting sustainable operations and a future ready workforce.

Before joining STTGDC, Mingcheng had eight years of experience across corporate finance, corporate development and infrastructure consulting roles. 

Mingcheng holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, with a specialisation in Industrial & Operations Engineering, from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Mingcheng has also passed the CFA Exam Level III.

Chairman

Mr Teo Ek Tor serves as Non-Executive Chairman on the board of ST Telemedia. He is concurrently Chairman of Asia Mobile Holdings and Director of StarHub.

 

Mr Teo is Chairman of PrimePartners Group Pte Ltd, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte Ltd and Aris PrimePartners Asset Management Pte Ltd, a joint venture asset management company based in Singapore.

 

He has vast experience in investment banking and asset management in Asia, and brings with him in-depth financial and analytical expertise. He has contributed to the development of two major regional investment banking groups, Morgan Grenfell Asia (1980-1993) and BNP Prime Peregrine (1997-1999). He has held senior executive positions within the Morgan Grenfell Asia group and was the Regional Managing Director of BNP Prime Peregrine (Singapore) Ltd.

Stephen Geoffrey Miller

Stephen Geoffrey Miller

Director

Mr Stephen Geoffrey Miller serves as Non-Executive Director on the Board of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC). He is also President & Group Chief Executive Officer of ST Telemedia and serves on its Board of Directors.


Stephen has over 35 years of experience in the communications, media and technology sectors, particularly in the areas of investment, international operations, financial management, business development and strategic planning. He has worked at ST Telemedia for close to 20 years in various senior positions including President & Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and consultant to its portfolio companies. Prior to ST Telemedia, he spent over 14 years of his career in investment banking with Credit Suisse, primarily heading its telecommunications and media group throughout Asia and the Pacific.


Stephen played a crucial role in steering ST Telemedia’s strategic direction into data centres and infrastructure technology since 2012 to capture new opportunities in the digital economy. Since assuming the role of President & Group CEO, he has led the continuous enhancement of ST Telemedia’s business capabilities and portfolio while instilling a shared culture to drive outcomes and strengthen resilience. Stephen is also a strong advocate of corporate sustainability. Under his leadership, ST Telemedia formalised its sustainability framework to align its operations and strategies with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. He currently holds leadership positions on a number of non-profit organisations’ sustainability bodies.


Stephen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, with First Class Honours in Economics and Finance, from the University of New South Wales, Australia.

Hardik Shah

Hardik Shah

Director

Hardik Shah joined KKR in 2018 and is a Partner on the Asia Pacific Infrastructure team. Mr. Shah is responsible for Infrastructure investments in South Asia. He began his career at Macquarie Group in Sydney, where he spent more than ten years across their Sydney and Mumbai offices and was involved in building their India infrastructure business. More recently, he led Brookfield’s India business and was responsible for building its team and presence. Mr. Shah has led ~USD5 billion of transactions in India across various infrastructure sectors such as telecom towers, toll roads, airports, energy transportation and renewable energy. Mr. Shah holds a post graduate degree from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research (Mumbai) and is a CFA Charter holder.
