These DCMS Portal Terms of Use (“Portal Terms”) apply to the ST Telemedia Global Data Centres DCMS Portal operated by STT GDC Pte. Ltd. and/or its affiliates (“STT GDC”), including all country or regional portal instances accessible via:

These Portal Terms operate in addition to, and should be read together with:

• STT GDC Personal Data Protection / Privacy Statement
• Any applicable Master Services Agreement, colocation agreement, or other customer contract

In the event of any inconsistency, the applicable customer contract shall prevail.

3. Purpose of the DCMS Portal
The DCMS Portal is provided to authorised customers of STT GDC to support operational and service‑related activities, which may include service requests, incident management, planned maintenance notifications, access authorisations, dashboards, reports, and other communications relating to contracted services.

4. Authorised Users and Access

You represent and warrant that you:

• Any applicable Master Services Agreement, colocation agreement, or other customer contract
• Provide information that is accurate, complete, and kept up to date
• Safeguard all usernames, passwords, and access credentials from unauthorised use

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use the DCMS Portal to:

• Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data
• Transmit malware, harmful code, or disruptive content
• Interfere with the availability, integrity, or security of the DCMS Portal

6. Information Accuracy and Operational Reliance
Information made available through the DCMS Portal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While STT GDC makes reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy, STT GDC does not warrant that portal information is complete, error‑free, or current.
You acknowledge that requests, instructions, approvals, and submissions made through the DCMS Portal may be relied upon by STT GDC without independent verification.

7. Security and Monitoring
STT GDC may monitor access to and use of the DCMS Portal for security, audit, compliance, and operational purposes. STT GDC may suspend or revoke access where misuse, policy breaches, or security risks are identified.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, interfaces, and materials made available through the DCMS Portal are owned by or licensed to STT GDC. No rights are granted other than the limited right to access and use the DCMS Portal in accordance with these Portal Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STT GDC shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or related to the use of, inability to use, or reliance upon the DCMS Portal, including indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold STT GDC harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of unauthorised use of the DCMS Portal, inaccurate information provided, or breach of these Portal Terms.

11. Data Protection and Privacy
Personal data processed through the DCMS Portal will be handled in accordance with STT GDC’s Personal Data Protection and Privacy Statement and applicable data protection laws. Where you provide personal data relating to third parties, you confirm that all required notices and consents have been obtained.

12. Changes to the Portal or Terms
STT GDC may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the DCMS Portal or these Portal Terms at any time. Continued use of the DCMS Portal following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Portal Terms.  

13. Governing Law
These Portal Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the contracting STT GDC entity, without prejudice to governing law clauses in customer agreements.
