Executives Board of Directors Executives Executives Board of Directors LEADERSHIP Executives Charles Chul Hoy Huh Country Head – Korea Charles Chul Hoy Huh Country Head – Korea Charles Huh is the Country Head of STTGDC Korea. With over 30 years of experience in the information and communications technology (ICT) industry, he has worked with various multinational companies in Korea, the United States and Singapore. In his most recent role as Head of Customer Solutions Management (CSM) at Amazon Web Services Korea, Charles was responsible for establishing the CSM team, leading cloud transformation programs and supporting strategic enterprise accounts and Customer Cloud Migration projects.Charles holds a Master's Degree in Telecommunications from the University of Colorado. LEADERSHIP Board of Directors Bruno Lopez President & Group Chief Executive Officer Bruno Lopez President & Group Chief Executive Officer Bruno Lopez is President and Group Chief Executive Officer of STTGDC. He has led the company since its inception in 2014, setting the Group’s strategic direction and driving its growth and development. Under his leadership, STTGDC has grown from its Singapore roots into a global digital infrastructure platform comprising more than 110 data centres and 2.7GW of capacity across its portfolio in Asia and Europe. The company supports leading cloud service providers and enterprises, including through VIRTUS Data Centres in the UK, Germany and Italy. Bruno oversees the strategic and operational priorities of STTGDC across its global portfolio. His leadership has been instrumental in scaling the business internationally, establishing market leadership positions in key economies, and shaping STTGDC into a globally recognised digital infrastructure platform. With more than 30 years of experience in telecommunications and data centres, Bruno is widely recognised for his leadership and contribution to the development of the digital infrastructure industry. He has received numerous industry accolades recognising his expertise, leadership and commitment to advancing the sector. Prior to STTGDC, Bruno was Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Keppel Data Centres. He also established the Securus Data Property Fund, a pioneering data centre investment platform with assets across Asia-Pacific, Europe and the Middle East. The fund was subsequently merged with Keppel Data Centres' assets as part of the company's SGX-listed REIT. Bruno holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours from the National University of Singapore and a Master’s degree from Rutgers University, USA. Stephen Geoffrey Miller Director Stephen Geoffrey Miller Director Mr Stephen Geoffrey Miller serves as Non-Executive Director on the Board of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC). He is also President & Group Chief Executive Officer of ST Telemedia and serves on its Board of Directors. Stephen has over 35 years of experience in the communications, media and technology sectors, particularly in the areas of investment, international operations, financial management, business development and strategic planning. He has worked at ST Telemedia for close to 20 years in various senior positions including President & Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and consultant to its portfolio companies. Prior to ST Telemedia, he spent over 14 years of his career in investment banking with Credit Suisse, primarily heading its telecommunications and media group throughout Asia and the Pacific. Stephen played a crucial role in steering ST Telemedia’s strategic direction into data centres and infrastructure technology since 2012 to capture new opportunities in the digital economy. Since assuming the role of President & Group CEO, he has led the continuous enhancement of ST Telemedia’s business capabilities and portfolio while instilling a shared culture to drive outcomes and strengthen resilience. Stephen is also a strong advocate of corporate sustainability. Under his leadership, ST Telemedia formalised its sustainability framework to align its operations and strategies with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. He currently holds leadership positions on a number of non-profit organisations’ sustainability bodies. Stephen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, with First Class Honours in Economics and Finance, from the University of New South Wales, Australia. Steven Terrell Clontz Director Steven Terrell Clontz Director Mr Steven Terrell (Terry) Clontz serves as Non-Executive Director on the Board of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC). He is Senior Executive Vice President, International, at ST Telemedia. In this role, he is responsible for stewarding the company’s global investments. Mr Clontz is a well-regarded veteran in the telecommunications and media industry with over 43 years of extensive experience. He was CEO of StarHub for 11 years before retiring on 1 January 2010. During his tenure at the helm of StarHub, Mr Clontz led the company in a number of major milestones including the transformation of StarHub from being Singapore’s third mobile player in 2000 to a fully-integrated “quad-play” service provider; merging StarHub with the then Singapore Cable Vision in 2002; bringing StarHub public in 2004 on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange; and advancing StarHub’s market position to become Singapore’s second largest mobile operator in 2005. Mr Clontz started his career in USA. He was President and CEO of IPC Information Systems based in New York, and served in various roles in BellSouth International, including President of BellSouth International (Asia-Pacific). Mr Clontz holds a Bachelor of Science (Physics major) from the University of North Carolina, USA.
